Do employees need to download an app?
No. Members use the portal in any web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone.
How much time does it take?
About 20 minutes per person per week: two short reads and one Impact Plan. Members work at their own pace.
Is this only for managers?
No. It is written for every role. Leadership is influence, and anyone can lead up, across or down.
Who handles billing?
Your organization is billed directly. Employees never see invoices or payment details.
Can I track my team's progress?
Yes. Team accounts get a monthly summary of lesson completion and Checkpoint results.
